Do I need my own Stripe account? ▾
No. BraidBoss AI handles all payment processing. Your clients pay through our secure Stripe integration — deposits go to the platform and are tracked in your dashboard. No Stripe account setup required on your end.
Can I cancel anytime? ▾
Yes. Cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Your access continues through the end of the billing period.
What happens to my client data if I cancel? ▾
Your client data, proposal history, and photos are retained for 90 days after cancellation. You can export or download before your account is closed.
Is there a free trial? ▾
No. We don't do free trials — we price fairly so you don't need one. The platform starts working for you from day one.
What is Marcus AI? ▾
Marcus is BraidBoss AI's built-in personality engine. He shows up in your dashboard with motivation and business energy — things like celebrating when you get paid or encouraging you after a decline. He needs your own OpenAI API key (set in Settings) and is available on Growth and Pro plans.
